Car is fine and rep Atheer Khafaji was very helpful, patient and professional. Five stars. The insistence on copious electronic documentation with nothing on hard copy must, however, be a strong disincentive for older, less tech savvy, customers.

It was not a smooth process. I am a loyal customer (on my fifth mini) I was without a car for a month (the salesman wanted to hand over the car to collect his bonus but was on hols) and mini took nearly £9000 out of my account despite early buyback

However, I was told that the vehicle had been washed and that the spare wheel had been checked, while my observations suggested that neither had taken place. Sand and dust on it was there as it was before. I don't know if any other service was done.

Good experience in the centre, helpful staff and pleasant place to wait while service being booked. Not 5 stars because I think the service itself was premature - we only got the car in November. Responses to queries were all AI, not common sense

I had to book my car in as an emergency after calling the Mini Assistance out. It took a total of 5 days for diagnosis and subsquent balancing of wheels and I could only pick it up on the 6th day. This seems v long.

George was excellent - a credit the company. But it was very frustrating that you had booked me in for something completely different to what I had asked for and you tried to persuade that a brake fluid change was chargable when it wasn't.

I booked my car in, owing to the heat wave, I rang the day before to ask if I could wait early and was told that would be OK. At 0730 I arrived, and said if it could not be done early then I would leave the car, collect next am. Nothing happened.

Overall satisfied. Two things that went badly - I wasn't told about change of location of service centre. As a long-term customer, I went to previous location and got stuck in traffic re-routing - booking wasn't in system so check-in wasn't smooth

Booked in for service and MOT, service carried out but not MOT was told MOT not booked in, yet on arrival it confirmed that it was. I was told there was a defective tyre, unable to fit new one as none in stock. I was not given the option to rebook.

Second time in one year that my front coil spring break, I not do feel that Berry made case with MINI that this should have been covered by the warranty. It is not normal that coil spring break with this amounth of milles, these part are the issue.

The service was fine. However, I had not been informed that the centre had been moved so drove to the former location. I tried calling service dept to get new address but no one picked up. Finally i got through to sales. Poor communication.

Had a while-you-wait service and MOT. Very good welcome as soon as I drove in, guiding me where to park and reception desk was friendly and efficient. Didn't have to wait that long and waiting area was comfortable. Service detail was clear.

Work delayed 7+ days without explanation despite early receipt of parts; Poor advisor communication/ lack of status updates; Car handed back absolutely filthy - roof & bodywork covered with tree detritus - I had valeted & treated roof 1 week earlier.

The car was in serious trouble after flood damage. I was kept informed of progress from Wes Watson. The vehicle was delivered back to me withe problem fixed and on time. The overall cost was very reasonable compared with my original expectations.
