Berry Chiswick made an error with my service booking, as they didn't make a record of my booking, despite having sent me confirmation by email. They did however honour the booking so I didn't have to change the date.

I lost 11mi in petrol. The car had flicks of white paint on the left passengers side. I managed to pick this off myself. Tyre pressures were below recommended pressure- front and back. When I raised my concerns, I was dismissed.
