Excellent service from the MINI showroom. The salesperson was professional and took time to understand my mobility needs, recommending the MINI Countryman which suits me perfectly. The car arrived exactly when promised. Highly recommended.

I was given no notification when I booked my service that your service facility was now at your showroom only knew this was the case when I met a similarly uninformed Mini driver at the old site .With difficulty I managed to locate the showroom .

Did have a problem with ordered tyre for my car. When tyre turned up it was the wrong one, so had to wait until new one came later that day. I was compensated by a price reduction. Also received someone else's paperwork with my Health Check.
